Do you want to return the bikini and get your money back?

Send us the bikini in its original condition to the correct return address. Please make sure that you write down your name and address on or in the package. After receiving and checking the returned bikinis, the amount will automatically be refunded to your original payment method. This usually takes 5-7 working days after the return has arrived.  

Please note that products on discount of 30% or more cannot be exchanged, returned or refunded.

Please note that returns that are sent to the wrong return address will be automatically rejected and returned.

Is there a fee if I exchange or return the products?

In principle, we do not charge a fee for one-off returns. However, from the 3 consecutive complete returns we have to charge a fee of 9 CHF.

As a young brand, we have a small amount of stock per bikini and every return is associated with a lot of effort and costs. So that we can continue to offer the returns in the future, we ask you to shop carefully. 

Who pays the cost of a return?

For returns, please note that you will be required to pay for your own shipping costs if you decide to return your order. We recommend using a trackable shipping service with tracking number, as Palmar Swimwear is not responsible for tracking your return. Please send your return to the correct address and without registered mail. Returns that are registered or sent to the wrong return address are automatically rejected and returned to the sender.

If the wrong or faulty goods are delivered, please inform us immediately by email with the corresponding images. Complaints of this kind can be accepted up to 2 days after receipt.
