We understand when products bought online don't always fit perfectly straight away. We ask you to check and try on your Palmar bikinis immediately upon receipt so that returns and exchanges can be processed immediately.
Returns can only be sent back up to 14 days after receipt of the goods.
Since these are hygiene items, we can only take back the goods under the following conditions:
- The bikini must be in its original condition and packaging.
- Swimwear must not be worn, washed or otherwise soiled
- The hygiene seal and the labels must not have been removed
- The return must be registered by email.
Unfortunately, we cannot take back products that do not meet these conditions and have to send the goods back at the customer's expense.

FOR AN EXCHANGE
If the bikini has not yet fitted perfectly and you would like to exchange it for a different size or model, please simply place a new order for your desired bikini. We will send you the exchange as soon as possible. For the parts that you would like to return, please follow the steps under "For a return".

Make sure that the parts you want to return meet all the above requirements and send them back to the following address

After receiving and checking the returned goods, we will automatically refund the amount to your original payment method. This usually takes 5-7 working days after the return has arrived.

The costs for the return are borne by the customer. Please note that we have to charge a handling fee of 9 CHF for three consecutive complete returns.
If the goods are incorrectly delivered, please inform us immediately by email email@example.com with the corresponding images. Complaints of this kind can be accepted up to 2 days after receipt.
Free shipping within Switzerland and Germany
Your order will be processed as soon as possible after receipt of payment and delivered by express. Any shipping costs are always borne by the buyer. No shipments are sent on weekends or on public holidays.
After we have handed the shipment over to the shipping company (Post, DHL or Hermes), Palmar Swimwear is no longer liable for damage or loss of the shipment.
Any expenses and costs associated with trading with third parties are the responsibility of the customer.
We mainly ship our products to Switzerland and Germany. For shipments outside of Europe, please contact us so that we can find a suitable shipping option for you.
