EXCHANGE AND RETURNS
We understand when products are purchased online and then unfortunately do not fit. We ask you to check and try on your Palmar Swimwear immediately upon receipt so that returns and replacements can be processed promptly.
Returns can only be sent back up to 14 days after receipt of the goods.
Since these are hygiene articles, we can only take back the goods under the following conditions:
The Swimwear must be in original condition with original packaging
Swimwear must not be worn, washed or otherwise soiled
The Hygiene Seal must not have been removed
The return must be registered via email
Unfortunately, we cannot take back swimwear that does not meet these conditions and must return the goods at the customer's expense.
HOW TO EXCHANGE?
If your Bikini didn't fit perfectly yet and you want to exchange for another size or another style, please just place another order for your desired pieces. They will be shipped out as fast as possible. For the pieces you want to send back, please follow the steps following "How to Return?"

For the pieces you want to return, please make sure they meet all the requirements above and send them back to the following address

After receiving and checking the returned goods, we will automatically refund the amount on your original payment method. This normally takes up to 5-7 business days after the return package has arrived.
The costs for the return will be borne by the customer herself.
If the goods are delivered incorrectly, please inform us immediately by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. with the corresponding picture material. Complaints of this kind can be accepted up to 2 days after receipt.
Your order will be processed as soon as possible after receipt of payment and delivered by express. Shipping costs are always charged to the buyer. On weekends as well as on holidays no shipments will be sent.
After your shipment has been handed over to the shipping company, Palmar Swimwear is no longer liable for any damage or loss to your shipment.
Any expenses and costs for third party trading are the responsibility of the customer.
We ship our products mainly to Switzerland and Europe. For shipments outside Europe, please contact us so that we can find appropriate shipping option for you.
