We develop our bikinis according to the European standard sizes S (36), M (38) and L (40). From spring 2021 we will also offer a new size V, which was specially developed for women with large cups (D-F). In order to keep your PALMAR swimwear in the best quality for as long as possible, we recommend that you follow the care instructions below.

• After bathing, hand wash your bikini with cold water and a mild soap.
• Let the bikini dry in the shade, direct sunlight can cause the colors to fade.
• Do not machine wash, tumble dry or iron.
• Light and bold colors can bleed onto white fabrics, so always keep them separate.
• Chlorine, salt water, sunscreen and direct sunlight will take their toll on the bikini fabric.
• Direct contact with oily sunscreen and tanning oil may cause the vinyl imprint inscription to peel off.

If you follow these points, you will enjoy your bikini for a long time.

Whenever possible, we produce our bikinis using fabrics made from regenerated fibers. All of our solid colors are made from ECONYL certified fabrics, which are made from regenerated nylon made from marine and industrial waste. Our printed fabrics are made from regenerated polyester, i.e. plastic that is processed into new fibres. For our ribbed looks we have found a premium fabric that is made from virgin fibres, meaning it is not made from recycled fibres.

Our bikinis are made in a small factory with 50 employees. It is about 1 hour's drive outside of Hong Kong. It is a rather small manufactory with state-of-the-art machines specializing in the manufacture of swimwear. Through the daily exchange with those responsible, we gain insights into their process and working conditions. We are proud to work with a competent and motivated partner who can meet both our high quality requirements and international standards.

• Exchanges for a different size via the Exchange Portal must be made within 14 days after delivery date be entered.
• Item must be returned in its original condition, unused, unworn and unaltered with tags attached and sanitary pad.
• Items purchased at a reduced price cannot be exchanged.

Exchange for another bikini
If you would like to try a different shape, you can simply place a new order. You can then send the received bikini back to us as a return and we will pay you the amount as below after receipt RETURN refund as described. 

• Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, unworn and unaltered with tags and sanitary pads attached within 14 days of delivery date be sent back. 

• Items returned later will be credited with a store credit.

• Returns - Stick on the enclosed packing slip with the Palmar address, note the sender and at the post office as Parcel with tracking number (not as post) hand over.

• Free exchange - Enter a different size on our website under EXCHANGE PORTAL and return the item

• Sale - Items purchased at a reduced price are not eligible for a refund or exchange.

• refund - Refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.

• The Postage Costs you pay for the return yourself. The refund amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
