We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return or exchange an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly at returns@palmarswimwear.com and we’ll take you through the process.
Returns can only be sent back up to 14 days after receipt of the goods.
Please note that Products can be returned or exchanged only if they meet all of the following
- The Swimwear must be in original condition with original packaging
- Swimwear must not be worn, washed or otherwise soiled
- The Hygiene Seal must not have been removed
- The return must be registered via email returns@palmarswimwear.com
Unfortunately, we cannot take back swimwear that does not meet these conditions and must return the goods at the customer's expense.
If you want to exchange your bikini into another style or size, simply place another order in our Online Store and return the other pieces according to the process mentioned above.
